1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Shayan POS, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@shayanpos.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Subscription and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance. Prices, features, and limits are listed on the Pricing page and may change with prior notice. Refunds are handled case by case.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to violate any law, infringe rights, transmit malware, or attempt to disrupt the platform. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.

5. Your data

Your business and customer data belongs to you. We process it on your behalf to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Service availability

We work hard to keep Shayan POS available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shayan POS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.
