Account details (name, email, phone), business information (shop name, address), and transactional data you record in the app (sales, inventory, customers). We also collect basic usage and device data to keep the service reliable.

To operate the POS, sync your data across devices, send service notifications, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and improve our product. We never sell your data.
4. Sharing
We share data only with infrastructure providers required to run the service (hosting, email, SMS) under strict confidentiality, and when legally required.
5. Data retention
Your data remains in your account while it is active. You may request export or deletion at any time by emailing contact@shayanpos.com.
6. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted via role-based permissions and audit logs.
